Garden Project carried out in Pontypool
D.R Landscaping and Fencing Contractor were contact by a potential customer requesting a quote for a garden project in Pontypool.
We visited the property and then provided a quote for the required works which the customer was happy for us to do the work required.
We started the project, and we initially had to start to remove all old sleepers that boarded the grass areas that we were going to replace within the project.
We then needed to remove all the old grass and soil, so this was done removing around 5 tonnes to be able to take it back to a good base.
The next element of the project was to lay 20 new sleepers to create the boarders to the turfed area before bringing in 6 tonnes of soil to create the right base for the new lawn to be laid.
After then laying 110sqm of turf to provide our customers with a lovely new grassed area in the garden to finish off with 3 tonnes of golden flint stones.
Customers were happy with the work carried out and we are delighted with the new look and even lawn that is has given them.
